## Summary

#### Overview
**The Land Bank seeks a service provider to conduct a comprehensive Compliance and AML Management System Maturity Assessment.** The engagement targets bidders with at least five years’ experience in compliance maturity assessments (preferably in the public sector or similarly regulated environments) to evaluate governance, risk management, monitoring, reporting, and technology enablement of the Bank’s framework, benchmark against recognized standards, identify gaps, and deliver a practical implementation roadmap. Deliverables include a detailed written report with maturity ratings, a structured implementation roadmap, and a PowerPoint presentation.

#### Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years’ proven track record in Compliance Maturity Assessments (public sector/regulatory environments preferred).  
- Demonstrated AML/governance/compliance maturity assessment experience; familiarity with Land Bank context an advantage.  
- Declaration of no conflicts of interest for the project team; independent lead.  
- Provide at least three recent client references for AML/governance/compliance maturity work.  
- Submit a company profile and a detailed Project Plan (methodology, approach, timelines, deliverables, milestones).  
- Provide a comprehensive Resource Plan (team structure, roles, qualifications, timelines).  
- Ability to incorporate benchmarking and leading practices into the assessment.
