#### Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in learning and development with proven delivery of similar interventions; sector experience advantageous.
- Facilitator requirements: relevant qualifications, minimum 5 years facilitation experience, strong industry knowledge; detailed facilitator CVs and qualifications.
- Delivery capability: national delivery capacity, virtual facilitation, ability to accommodate varying learner groups, post-training support.
- Technical submission: company profile, evidence of relevant experience, detailed course outline/content, delivery methodology, facilitator CVs, contactable client references, indicative implementation plan.
- Training specifics: end-to-end solution including design, delivery, learner support and reporting; 2-day virtual course on Customer Experience & Service Delivery with minimum 25 delegates; certificates on completion; attendance and completion reporting.
