#### Requirements
- Mandatory: price quotation aligned to scope; client references/completion certificates for at least three comparable agricultural viability/turnaround assignments in the last 10 years; a signed letter of undertaking confirming deployment of a qualified, resourced team.
- Team composition: Team Leader (BSc Agriculture/Agricultural Economics/Agribusiness) 5 years; Technical Specialist (BSc Agriculture/Agronomy/Crop Science) 5 years; Financial/Commercial Specialist (Finance/Economics/CA(CSA)/CIMA/CFA or equivalent) 5 years.
- Deliverables and timing: one report per farm (four farms) detailing current state, ability to service obligations, and interventions; completion within 30 working days from appointment per farm.
- Compliance and governance: compliance with SARS tax requirements (TCS PIN or tax clearance), Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, SBD 4 and SBD 6.1, confidentiality agreement, and PPPFA/BBEE requirements; due diligence and declarations regarding conflicts of interest.
