- Demonstrated capacity: at least three comparable viability/turnaround assignments in the last 10 years, with client reference letters.
- Commitment to deploy a suitably resourced team and provide evidence of capacity.
- Compliance documents: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or tax clearance; CSD registration; SBD 4 disclosure form; SBD 6.1 (PPPFA) completed; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; confidential handling of bank data.
- Adherence to submission and pricing requirements (pricing aligned to scope; price validity; VAT handling).
