#### Overview
**Staff engagement survey (re-issue) including design, deployment, analysis and reporting with a two-year improvement plan for SA Tourism's global workforce.** SA Tourism seeks a professional services firm with Industrial Psychology credentials to design a multilingual online survey, deploy across multiple countries, analyze results with dashboards and provide actionable recommendations and an implementation plan.

#### Requirements
- Industrial Psychologist registered with HPCSA and SABPP; must lead/validate the engagement study; project team to include a Project Manager and Data Analyst; CVs and qualifications required; minimum 3 years' experience.
- Proven experience with large-scale employee engagement surveys (multi-country/region); provide three contactable client references; letters on client letterhead.
- Ability to localise instruments (languages such as French, German, Mandarin) and ensure data privacy (POPIA/GDPR); deliver full editable reports, dashboards, raw data (Excel/CSV); conduct workshops/focus groups.
- Compliance and pre-qualification: complete SBD4 and SBD6.1; provide CSD verification and tax compliance (PIN via SARS); separate TCS for joint ventures; CSD number if no TCS; adherence to GCC and 2010 GCC references; PO and POPIA disclaimer.
- deliverables include: survey framework, deployment, data analysis, strategic two-year plan, executive presentations, and a workshop; optional pulse templates and HRIS/HRIS integration support.
