## Summary

#### Overview
**Psychometric assessment services for SA Tourism employees, including Giotto testing, for 60 positions (D1–D2: 30; D3–F2: 30).** Bidders should have expertise in administering personality, cognitive and capability assessments and delivering reporting across structured psychometric batteries. The RFQ seeks to engage a provider to conduct tests as described (personality, cognitive preferences, CPP, assessment-centre/case study) for the two job grade bands, with Giotto testing explicitly requested.

#### Requirements
- Complete on official forms (SBD4) and adhere to GCC;
- Tax/compliance: SARS PIN, CSD registration, and annual tax status validity; separate TCS certificates for JV/consortia; provide CSD number if no TCS;
- Conformance to the Scope of Work/ToR; proof of ownership for HDI/Black ownership as applicable for specific goals; annexures A–G completed (including sworn affidavits for SMEs, and ownership documentation);
