#### Overview
**Procurement of an in-person Monitoring and Evaluation training course for 20 delegates, including venue, catering, training materials, and certificates, to be delivered by an SAQA/SETA-accredited trainer. NB: the venue must be in Pretoria.** The training is a three-day program aligned to NQF Level 5, designed for public-sector M&E contexts; providers should have relevant accreditation and demonstrable experience delivering similar courses.

#### Requirements
- SAQA/SETA accreditation proof
- CV of the lead M&E trainer (min 5 years M&E training) with at least two reference letters
- Formal qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation (NFQ 8 or higher)
- Minimum of three client reference letters detailing nature, duration, and dates of training
- Detailed Training Plan with itemised costing aligned to Part 1–3 and three-day timelines
- Sample questionnaire, along with summary presentations and training workbooks
- Venue in Pretoria and all delivery requirements (parking, meals, materials, projector, etc.)
- Fully completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 (and related bid documents) per attached PDFs
- Confirmation of VAT status if not VAT-registered; adherence to DSBD general conditions
- Documentation to support BBBEE/SMME/spatial/youth preference claims (via SBD 6.1)
