**Supply and delivery of five standard laptops and associated accessories for the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment.** The bidder must be a Manufacturer’s Authorised Dealer for the brand offered (Dell, Lenovo, or HP) and provide an OEM certificate; the bidder must also hold SITA RFB 740 accreditation in Gauteng and submit the corresponding accreditation letter. #### Requirements
- Manufacturer’s Authorised Dealer for Dell, Lenovo, or HP with OEM certificate. 
- SITA RFB 740 accreditation in Gauteng; provide accreditation letter. 
- Submit formal quotation on company letterhead including VAT, CSD MAaa number, and banking details. 
- Submit returnable documents: signed SBDs, supplier quotation, and CSD report. 
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; where applicable, separate PINs for joint ventures/consortia. 
- Complete and sign SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; provide documentation to claim specific goals (BBEE, ownership, medical certificate if disability). 
- Preference points: 80/20 with 20 points for specific goals (e.g., >50% ownership by Black people, women, or people with disabilities). 
- Delivery only after official purchase order; price validity 90 days; price must be inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Manufacturer’s Authorised Dealer • The bidder must be a Manufacturer’s Authorised Dealer for the brand being offered, namely Dell, Lenovo, or HP. • The bidder must submit a Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Certificate as proof of authorisation for the relevant brand. • Bidders may only offer brands for which they are duly authorised or accredited.

2\. SITA RFB 740 Accreditation • The bidder must be an accredited supplier under SITA RFB 740 in Gauteng. • The bidder must submit a SITA letter of accreditation for RFB 740 as proof of accreditation.
