#### Overview
**RFQ for supply and delivery of catering services for 30 participants over five days (06-10 July 2026) at Limpopo Feta-Kgomo Tubatse Burgersfort, for the Department of Forestry, Fisheries & Environment.** Bidders should be experienced catering providers with food safety credentials, able to serve government clients, and compliant with SA tax, supplier database, and B-BBEE rules (CSD/MAAA, VAT where applicable).

#### Requirements
- Mandatory: Valid Food Premises Certificate issued by the Municipality (see ANNEXURE A).  
- Formal quotation on official letterhead; include VAT per item, banking details, and the supplier’s CSD/MAAA number.  
- Submit returnable documents: signed SBDs (SBD4, SBD6.1), supplier quotation, CSD report.  
- Tax/compliance: SARS PIN or TCS status; CSD number if no TCS; VAT status where applicable.  
- Preference points: complete SBD6.1; provide BBBEE proof (SANAS/CIPC certificate or sworn affidavit), medical certificate if claiming disability; ownership certificates; joint ventures may combine ownership for goals.  
- Special/contract terms: prices firm and VAT inclusive; no delivery before official PO; bid valid 90 days.
