## Summary

#### Overview
**The NRF SAEON Grasslands Node seeks a service provider to supply and deliver a range of personal protective equipment, primarily clothing and footwear for field work.** Bidders should be PPE suppliers capable of meeting the specifications, SA tax compliant and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); ideally within 40 km of the Grasslands Node or willing to ship fit samples at their own cost. 

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: SA tax status (PIN) or CSD registration; provide SARS TCS PIN or CSD number. 
- Evidence of ability to supply the specified PPE/clothing, including product catalogues/brochures demonstrating compliance with the technical specs; branding where required. 
- Proximity/logistics: within 40 km of the Grasslands Node or willing to ship samples for fitment at own cost. 
- Administrative/commercial: complete SBD 1 and SBD 3.1 pricing, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; provide proof of authority; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for preference points. 
- Delivery/standards: comply with GCC/SCC, OH&S/COID requirements, and delivery to Grasslands Node (1 Peter Brown Drive, Pietermaritzburg).
