**Appointment of a service provider for the hiring of a PA system including a podium for SAEON/NATIONAL OFFICE at Nirox, Krugersdorp (public engagement on 16 July 2026, 8:00–16:00, ~100 attendees).** The scope covers AV equipment rental, on-site technical support, and delivery to the venue by a one-off contract. Bidders should have AV/hire capability and meet NRF supplier requirements (tax compliance, CSD registration, BBBEE).

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS, optional printed TCS certificate, separate TCS for JV, or CSD number if no TCS.
- Central Supplier Database registration (provide Master Supplier Number).
- B-BBEE: valid certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Fully completed SBDs: SBD 1 (Procurement Invitation) including SBD 4, SBD 6.1 and Bid Submission Certificate; SBD 3.1 pricing schedule; SBD 6.2 for BBBEE where applicable.
- Returnable documents: photos of equipment and two reference letters of events in the past year; pricing on company letterhead (SBD 3.1).
- Delivery and performance: contractors to supply all listed audio equipment, podium, on-site technician, and safety/indemnity obligations; once-off delivery to Nirox.
