Bids to be submitted in USD with local currency payment terms; mandatory tax clearance and compliance with TelOne procurement rules. Closing date: 04 November 2026.**

#### Requirements
- Valid ECZ annual practising licence; ZIE affiliation and ECZ registration; provide documentary evidence. 
- Team Leader: Civil/Structural engineering degree; PrEng; ECZ Practising Certificate; experience in steel-structure design. 
- Two additional team members with Civil/Structural qualifications; ECZ/ZIE membership; ECZ Practising Certificates. 
- At least 10 years in structural engineering; at least three similar projects including City of Harare; official trade references. 
- Deliverables: topographical survey, design calculations, general arrangement drawings, fabrication/connection details, foundation/holding-down drawings; stamped by registered Professional Engineer with ECZ license number; professional indemnity insurance. 
- Capacity to deliver in Harare CBD; compliance with ZIE/ECZ; all-inclusive bid price; VAT status. 
- Post-design optional services available on request.
