## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ for supply and delivery of multiple categories including structural steel components, cellphones, printer cartridges, laptops with backpacks, fiber optic pigtails, SFPs, network cables, patch cords, and backpack laptop bags.** This invites bids from suppliers in hardware manufacturing or distribution, IT devices, networking and fiber optics. For item 1, samples must be provided at Msasa Factory. Prices may be in USD or local currency.

#### Requirements
- Valid tax clearance certificate (and indicate VAT status); comply with fiscal invoicing requirements.  
- Each tender must be submitted in its own envelope; no mixing of items in a single quotation.  
- Quotations payable in USD or local currency; firm delivery dates; 30-day payment terms.  
- Bidders with outstanding orders for any items will not be considered.  
- For laptops, must have a local Zimbabwe warranty centre and 1-year warranty (as per attached specs).  
- Samples for item 1 (structural steel and wires) to be provided at Msasa Factory.  
- TELONE reserves the right to alter quantities.

Request for Quotations for supply and delivery of: 1) Angle Iron, W-Section, Square tubes, Galvanized Razor Wire, Galvanized Ripper Razor Wire; samples to be provided at Msasa Factory. 2) Cellphones (Apple iPhone Duo 2026 model 256 GB, 12 GB RAM, 5G; Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512 GB). 3) Cartridges for HP LaserJet Pro MFP M476 (Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, Black). 4) Laptop (Core i5 13th Gen, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, Windows 11, 13-15 inch, 6 hours battery, 1-year warranty) and Backpack laptop bag (15 inch). 5) SC-SC Pigtails (UPC) and LC-LC Pigtails (UPC) for fiber. 6) SFP Single mode TX1310/RX1550nm 1.25G 10km. 7) CAT 6 Indoor cable with plenum/LSZH. 8) Patch cords: ST–SC, SC–SC, ST–SC, LC–ST, LC–LC, LC–LC 10m/5m variants with specified insertion loss and return loss. 9) 15 Inch Backpack Laptop Bag.
