**Supply and delivery of two IT hardware lots: RFQ 735-26 for HP Omnibook Ultra 7 laptops and RFQ 736-26 for Samsung S26 Ultra 256 GB devices, for TelOne Zimbabwe.** Bidders should be IT hardware suppliers capable of delivering Windows 11 Pro devices to spec, with VAT status and valid tax clearance.

#### Requirements
- Quotations in US$ payable in local currency at interbank rate; 30-day payment terms.
- Provide valid VAT status and tax clearance certificate; compliant with Fiscal Tax Invoice regulations.
- Bidders with outstanding orders for any of the items will not be considered.
- TelOne may adjust item quantities; bid must note firm delivery date (per item).
- For each RFQ, state or provide: Manufacturer, Generation, Make/Model, Data Sheet (see Tender Document).
- Each tender must be in its own envelope; do not mix tenders.
- Ensure receipt confirms bidder details and bid number.

RFQ 735-26: Supply and delivery of Laptops with HP OmniBook Ultra 7 specifications (Windows 11 Pro 64-bit, 13-14 inch OLED display, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, 8th/9th Gen Intel CPU as specified in attached spec). Also RFQ 736-26 for supply and delivery of Samsung S26 Ultra 256 GB – US$ pricing, attach specification and deliverables. Proposals to be emailed to procurement@telone.co.zw and procurement@telmail.co.zw. Bidders must provide VAT status, valid tax clearance, and comply with Fiscal Tax Invoice regulations. Physical copies to be hand-delivered to TelOne, Procurement, 8th Floor, Runhare House. Closing date for all tenders: On or before 11:00hrs, Wednesday 02 September 2026.
