## Summary

#### Overview
**The University of KwaZulu-Natal seeks to procure a digital forensic acquisition and imaging tool under a three-year contract.** Bidders with expertise in digital forensics software, imaging, licensing and ongoing support (preferably with BBBEE-compliant offerings and experience in academic environments) should consider bidding. Submissions are electronic. 

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with digital forensic acquisition and imaging tools, including licensing and maintenance. 
- Ability to provide licensed software with ongoing updates and technical support. 
- BBBEE compliance (80/20 price/BBBEE) with evidence as required by the RFQ. 
- RFQ documents in English and submission via the specified electronic method. 
- Attendance at the non-compulsory briefing (28 Sept 2026) to access the RFQ documents (link in the RFQ). 
- Adherence to RFQ returnables and deadlines; no late submissions; the University reserves the right to not accept the lowest quote.
