## Summary

#### Requirements

- MBD4 Declaration of Interest; MBD8 (and past SCM practices) and MBD9 Certificate.  
- B-BBEE verification certificate (SANAS) or sworn affidavit; CIPC certificate acceptable for certain micro entities.  
- Complete and submit PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT documents: MBD6.1 (80/20 points) and related declarations.  
- Delivery period clearly stated; prices inclusive of VAT and valid for 30 days.  
- No quotes from persons in the service of the state; provide declarations as required.  
- POPI consent and GCC compliance where applicable.  
- Annexure A (Delivery Period Undertaking) completed for the specified goods.  
- Locality and B-BBEE goals may earn points (as per MBD6.1).
