## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of ceiling tiles to Artscape, including 50 boxes bevel mecure 600x600, 80 boxes vinyl white 1200x600, and 50 boxes fine fissured 600x600, to be delivered to D.F. Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town, within 2 weeks of PO.**  
Bidders should be ceiling-tile suppliers/distributors/manufacturers with VAT registration, able to deliver on time, and prepared to submit the required compliance documents (BBBEE, SARS PIN, SBD forms) as part of the quotation process. (RFQ070_2026 Ceiling Tiles.pdf)

#### Requirements
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- SARS number and SARS status PIN
- Complete SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (if applicable), SBD8 and SBD9
- Acceptance of Government GCC (General Conditions of Contract) July 2010
- Prices must be firm and VAT inclusive; evaluation uses 80/20 pricing with preference points for BBBEE
- If applicable, complete Local Content Declaration (SBD 6.2) and related Annex C/D/E requirements
