## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of 5 x HD Video Splitter units (8-channel BNC) suitable for CCTV and broadcast applications, compatible with HD-TVI/HD-CVI/AHD.** Artscape invites bids from electrical/electronic hardware suppliers with experience in video distribution and devices that are CE/FCC certified.

#### Requirements
- 5 units of HD Video Splitter (8-channel, 1 input BNC, 8 output BNCs) with analogue bandwidth ≥200 MHz and max resolution 1920x1080; compatible with PAL/NTSC/SECAM; plug-and-play; built-in surge/ESD protection; power DC 12 V 2 A; CE and FCC certified.  
- Scope: unit in metal enclosure, 12V 2A power adapter, user manual, warranty documentation.  
- Warranty: minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty on parts and labour.  
- Delivery: to DF Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town; one week after order issue.  
- Documentation to submit: BBBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit; SARS number and PIN; complete SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (If Applicable), SBD8 & SBD9.  
- GCC: compliance with Government Procurement: General Conditions of Contract (July 2010).  
- Evaluation: 80/20 price to preferences; BBEEE-specific goals apply (B-BBEE status up to 20 points).
