## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply, delivery and offloading of LED fittings for high mast lights.** The bid targets LED lighting equipment suppliers and electrical contractors with ability to meet the manufacturer specifications, supply the items and deliver to Dikgatlong Local Municipality; preference will be given under an 80/20 system with local/HDI criteria.

- Quotes must include the municipality’s address and VAT number (4450111283).
- Quotes valid for 30 days.
- Adherence to the 80/20 evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 for locality/HDI goals; non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
