#### Requirements
- Detailed profile of lead facilitators with a Master’s/Doctorate and 5–8 years of practical experience in academic research, writing, and publication; CVs and demonstration of facilitation in higher education.
- Customized course outline and methodological proposal tailored to UFH; evidence of ability to deliver through in-person, facilitator-led sessions; at least three client references in the last five years.
- Official accreditation as a Skills Development Provider (SDP) issued by the QCTO (desirable).
- Compliance with UFH/SCM policies: CSD registration; Central Supplier Database registration; valid Tax Clearance; UFH vendor registration; pricing per learner with travel/ accommodation where applicable; adherence to 80/20 (price) / 20-point (specific goals) scoring and GBV/ethics requirements.
- Deliverables commitment: training plan, pre- and post-training assessments, participant manuals, attendance registers, a training evaluation report, and certificates of completion.
