## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of an accredited, 3-day Project Management training programme for 20 delegates** to be delivered in-person at UFH East London Campus. Suitable bidders are training providers with SDP accreditation (Services SETA and/or QCTO), evidence of Learning Program Approval or SAQA-aligned PM unit standards (NQF 4 or 5), and proven experience delivering PM training in complex organisations, preferably in higher education or the public sector. Content must be customised to UFH context; include facilitator profile, at least three references, and a detailed price breakdown. Evaluation uses 80/20 price vs. specific goals, with 20 points for Specific Goals (including 51% women ownership). Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and UFH’s database, and comply with tax clearance and policy requirements (GBV, ethics, anti-fraud). 

#### Requirements
- SDP accreditation certificate (Services SETA and/or QCTO) and Learning Program Approval or Scope confirming SAQA-aligned PM unit standards (NQF 4/5) 
- Facilitator profile and qualifications; demonstrated PM training experience in complex organisations (HE/public sector) 
- Minimum three references for PM training delivered in last five years; content customised to UFH context 
- Evidence of UFH CSD registration and UFH supplier database enrollment; tax clearance 
- Detailed price declaration and cost breakdown (per Form 1); three-day training schedule; travel/accommodation costs 
- Equipment/venue requirements; UFH to provide venue, projector, catering; certificates of completion 
- Compliance with policies (GBV, anti-fraud, code of ethics) and declaration forms (SBDs 4/6.1/7.2/9) 
- Preference framework: B-BBEE status and ownership goals (51% women ownership)
