- Proven experience designing/delivering Talent Acquisition Management programmes (7.4)
- At least three contactable references (7.5)
- Content customised to UFH context (7.6)
- Quotation must include cost per learner, 3-day schedule, trainer qualifications, equipment needs, terms, travel and accommodation (8.1–8.7)
