#### Requirements
- Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof.
- Valid tax clearance certificate or tax compliance PIN; VAT registration if applicable.
- Complete and submit MBD4, MBD8, MBD9; complete MBD6.1 for preference points.
- Original/valid B-BBEE verification certificate or SANAS-certified copy (or sworn affidavit) for BBBEE points.
- Proof of POPI Act consent; GCC terms will apply.
- Price must be firm, VAT-inclusive, valid for 30 days; delivery period must be indicated.
- Corrections must be in black ink; no Tippex; no electronic-only submissions.

- No quotations from state servants; disclosure of any conflicts or prior improper conduct as required (MBD4/MBD9).
