- Completed MBD4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD8 (Declaration of Municipal SCM practices) and MBD9 (Certificate of Independent Determination).
- B-BBEE Verification Certificate (SANAS) or approved alternative; 80/20 evaluation includes 10 BBBEE and 10 Locality points.
- Locality evidence (within Cederberg/West Coast/Western Cape) to claim points.
- POPI consent to process personal information; comply with GCC and related procurement rules.
- No bids from persons in the service of the state; disclosure of potential conflicts of interest.
- Price to be firm and inclusive of VAT; proof of delivery terms required.
