#### Requirements
- Complete and sign all administrative documents; no late bids.
- Pricing must include unit and total prices inclusive of VAT for items listed.
- Comply with the General Conditions of Contract and/or SLA; conform to procurement rules.
- Submit required forms: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9; CSD registration proof; valid TCC status or PIN; company profile.
- Provide B-BBEE proof (certificate or affidavit) and claim specific goals if applicable.
- Provide proof for any specific goals claimed; comply with 80/20 (price vs. specific goals) scoring.
- Do not be listed on tender defaulters/treasury databases; disclose any prohibited affiliations.
- Ensure service meets menu timing: breakfast ready by 8:30, lunch ready by 14:00.
