#### Overview
**Procurement of design, editing, layout, artwork, production and printing services for Johannesburg Water’s Annual Report.** Open to service providers with proven experience in large-format annual report design, editing, graphics, printing and delivery (450-page highlight publication). Bidders should have a minimum of three similar projects in the last five years, a capable project team, and capacity to deliver print and digital outputs aligned with Johannesburg Water’s corporate identity.

#### Requirements
- Proven track record: at least three similar publication projects in the last five years, with portfolio and references (see RFQJW0092DM26 - Annual Report.pdf).
- Qualified project team with delivery capacity and dedicated project manager; availability for ad hoc meetings (virtual or in person).
- Quality assurance: professional editing, proofreading, graphic design and layout that comply with corporate identity guidelines; QA before submission.
- Printing deliverables: 450 pages, A4, full color; back/front cover laminated gloss; perfect binding; 20 printed copies (+1 for approval) and final print-ready artwork plus editable source files.
- Compliance and confidentiality: meet turnaround times, secure handling of information, and transfer of final artwork/files to Johannesburg Water on completion.
- Mandatory administrative requirements: valid tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal rates, CSD registration, MBD forms, JV where applicable, PDF submissions on letterhead, and proof of pre-qualification as required (see RFQJW0092DM26 - Annual Report.pdf).
