#### Requirements
- Accredited Skills Development provider with at least one client reference letter for Legal Liability Training.  
- Proof of accreditation as a Skills Development provider.  
- Data projector and stationery (provider must supply; costs to be included in pricing).  
- Submit a minimum of one client reference letter on client letterhead.  
- CSD registration / Supplier Number.  
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (compulsory).  
- Original tax clearance (or SARS PIN) (compulsory).  
- Municipal rates and taxes not older than 90 days in arrears (compulsory).  
- Quotation on PDF, on company letterhead; JV agreements where applicable.  
- Complete and sign MBD returnables (MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) and relevant company docs.
