- Provide 3 references in the last five years on client letterhead, dated and signed.
- Mandatory evidence: company profile, reference letters, CV of key consultant.
- All quotations must be on company letterhead, include all taxes, and be submitted as PDFs; no state employees or bidders blacklisted are eligible.
- Complete BOQ/Specification, attend compulsory site briefing (where applicable), and submit required datasheets, certifications, accreditations, and JV agreements if applicable.
