## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider for Business Support for the Maintenance of the SAP HR Payroll and Information System for Johannesburg Water for a 60-day period.** Scope covers SAP HR/Payroll maintenance, Org Publisher and Spinifex reporting tools, ESS/MSS access, ad-hoc configuration, and HR/payroll consulting (about 3,200 employees; ~1,300 ESS/MSS users). Submissions must be made on the E-tender Portal (RFQJW120TN26).

#### Requirements
- Valid SAP Partner Accreditation (within the last 3 months).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Support for maintenance of SAP HR Payroll and Information System (including year-end tax processes).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in management support for Org Publisher/Organizational and Management Reporting tools with SAP HR/PY.
- Three (3) years’ experience supported by reference letters for SAP HR/PY maintenance (contactable in SA).
- Three (3) years’ experience maintaining Org Publisher and Spinifex/Management Reporting Tools integrated with SAP HR/PY (contactable references).
- Respondents must indemnify JW against payment risk and acknowledge JW ownership of data.
