**RFQ for SAP support maintenance: supply and delivery of business support for the maintenance of the SAP HR Payroll and Information System, including Org Publisher, Spinifex (reporting tool), and ESS/MSS access, for four months on a month-to-month basis.** Bidders should have SAP Partner Accreditation and at least 3 years’ relevant experience in SAP HR payroll maintenance, Org Publisher/Org Structure tools, Spinifex reporting, and ESS/MSS support, with verifiable references.

#### Requirements
- Valid SAP Partner Accreditation (certificate valid within the last 3 months).
- 3+ years experience in maintenance of SAP HR Payroll and Information System (modules listed in the scope; include year-end tax processes).
- 3+ years experience in maintenance and support of Org Publisher or equivalent Org Structure Tool (with license fees).
- 3+ years experience in maintenance and support of Spinifex or equivalent Reporting Tool (with license fees).
- 3+ years experience in maintenance and support of ESS & MMS.
- Provide three or more years of reference letters for each area, with contactable emails/phones.
- Indemnify JW from risk of loss in the payment process to employees/third parties, and acknowledge system data/records remain JW property.
- Mandatory administrative/compliance requirements (e.g., tax clearance, BBBEE, CSD, MBD forms) as listed in the RFQ.
