## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ for updating as-built building plans for four Johannesburg Water depots and related documentation.** Bidders should be professional architectural firms or SACAP-registered practitioners, capable of coordinating Fire, Mechanical and Structural engineering services, and delivering plans that comply with SANS/EN standards and certificate processes.

#### Requirements
- Professional registration with SACAP (Architects/Architectural Technologists) in good standing; provide proof.
- Ability to appoint Fire Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Structural Engineer; include these services in the proposal; include any Council submission fees.
- Ensure plans update to current layout; compliance with SANS 10400 Part T and Part A to XA; assist with Occupation Certificate and Certificates of Compliance/Completion.
- Include updates to gas storage cage per SANS 10087 and roof anchor points per SANS 50795 and EN 795:2012; develop/update emergency evacuation plans.
- Tender must be registered on CSD; provide original tax clearance, BBBEE certificate/affidavit, municipal rates, MBD forms (MBD 4/6/8/9), CSD supplier number, etc.
- Submissions must be on PDF on company letterhead; include a Joint Venture Agreement if applicable; all attached MBDs completed and signed.
