## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks a service provider to remove existing garden paving and supply and install new paving at the NRF Brummeria head office in Pretoria.** Eligible bidders are civil/landscaping contractors with CIDB grade 1GB or 1CE or higher, and proven paving/landscaping capabilities, plus required compliance credentials (B-BBEE, tax, CIDB, COIDA, and public liability cover). The scope includes removing current paving, supplying and installing new paving, and related works across several areas (front West Wing 600m², central garden water feature, kerb works, and resurfacing behind the NRF building). The contract emphasizes safety, measurements on site, warranty, and performance. 

#### Requirements
- CIDB minimum 1GB or 1CE; valid CIDB registration and verification. 
- Pre-requisites for JV: each member CIDB-registered; lead partner meets grading; appropriate authority letters. 
- Two paving references (or two written reference letters within 60 months). 
- Public liability insurance min R500,000 (or letter of intent) before works. 
- COIDA good standing (Department of Labour). 
- Project plan with timelines and Safety/OSH compliance (PPE, safety induction, 37.2 COID agreement). 
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for preference points; CSD registration if no TCS. 
- CIDB copy and tax compliance status (PIN or TCS); optional CSD number if no TCS. 
- 3-month workmanship warranty; quality workmanship and site safety requirements. 
- Removal of rubble, disposal approvals, and adherence to NRF safety rules.
