#### Overview
**Procurement of a concession to fit-out, operate, maintain and manage a coffee shop on Robben Island World Heritage Site.** Robben Island Museum seeks an experienced operator to design the interior, supply equipment, run the café full-time, and maintain facilities, in a manner consistent with heritage values. Ideal bidders: seasoned coffee-shop/hospitality operators with experience in high-traffic visitor settings, heritage-sensitive environments, and capacity to support local employment and sustainability.

#### Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience operating coffee shops in high-traffic environments; provide evidence (appointment letters/contracts/reference letters).
- Demonstrated financial capacity with audited financial statements for the last three years (or independently reviewed statements); able to mobilize within ~15 days of award.
- Compliance with food safety legislation; qualified management and personnel; sound financial management systems.
- Tax and supplier registrations: valid tax compliance status or SARS PIN; Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; separate TCS PIN/CSD for joint ventures/consortia.
- Complete two-envelope process: separate Technical and Financial bids; submit SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD7.2, CSD report, company profile, and responses to TOR (JV/consortium documents if applicable); BBBEE considerations.
- Heritage/Environmental: no work compromising Outstanding Universal Value; adhere to heritage/conservation requirements; sustainable materials, waste minimization, energy efficiency, and an environmental plan.
- Evaluation: Stage 1 mandatory requirements; Stage 2 minimum 70 points; Stage 3 price and specific goals (80/20 or 90/10).
