## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply of Clip-Lok roof sheeting materials for a complete roofing system (875 m²) at Denel Aerospace site, with installation not included.** Bidders should be roofing-material manufacturers or distributors able to meet SANS/ISO standards, provide all required documentation (tax clearance, CSD registration, BBBEE), and submit Annexure A and Annexure B as part of the RFQ.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory compliance and disclosures: valid SARS Tax Clearance, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, BBBEE certificate, and completed SBD4 Declaration (Annexure B). Non-compliance may disqualify.
- Technical scope: Clip-Lok concealed-fix roof sheeting, 0.53 mm BMT, AZ150 coating, Colourplus/Colorbond/Safintra/GRS or equivalent, UV resistant and weather-exposed suitable; materials must be new and compatible; includes all roofing accessories, warranties, data sheets, and installation manual.
- Standards and warranties: conform to SANS 10400, 10237, 121, 517 and ISO 9001; minimum 15-year material warranty; manufacturer warranties; colour specification.
- Delivery and documentation: delivery to Denel Aerospace site with delivery note, material schedule, colour confirmation, and manufacturer certificates.
- Evaluation and pricing: PPPFA 2022 rules; price points (80/20 or 90/10 by value); B-BBEE points; minimum 70/100 functional threshold; signed Declaration of Interest; Tax Pin.
