**RT8-2027 is for the transportation of cargo and furniture relocation services to the State for a 36-month period.** Bidders should offer furniture removal, road freight, storage, handling, and related services, with electronic tracking capabilities, and comply with PFMA/PPPFA and transversal contracting rules. #### Requirements
- Proof of Goods in Transit Insurance (GIT) or quotation.  
- Complete Pricing Schedule (Annexure A) in an unlocked Microsoft Excel file.  
- Administrative forms: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 5, SBD 6.1.  
- Authorisation Declaration (TCD 13) and Third-Party Undertaking (TCD 13.2) if using a third party.  
- Central Supplier Database report; CIPC registration; copies of IDs for owners/directors.  
- Written SARS tax status confirmation (Tax Pin).  
- Evidence of suitable registrations or declarations to claim specific goals (HDI/equity) if applicable.  
- Pricing must be delivered per the prescribed units (e.g., R/ton/km, R/m³/km) and priced in Rand incl. VAT (Annexure A).  
- Non-compliance may disqualify the bid; pricing must be in full and in the required format. (Docs: SCC/SCC-related attachments)
