## Summary

#### Overview
**Guarding services for the South African Post Office in Limpopo Province for up to 12 months.** The contract targets PSIRA-registered security providers with a Limpopo footprint to supply guarded (armed/unarmed) and related security infrastructure, including a dedicated control room and firearm armoury, on a month-to-month basis. (See attached RFP documents, e.g., 2.1 ANNEXURE A pricing schedule.)

#### Requirements
- PSIRA registration for at least 1 year and PSIRA Good Standing valid on closing date. (Annexure BR / Annexure BC)
- Minimum 1 year experience providing guarding services in the past 2 years. (Annexure BR)
- Operational branch in Limpopo with secure Firearm Vault/Armoury and dedicated Secure Control Room; documentary proof required. (Phase 5.2.3)
- Firearm competency certificate for Armoury Manager and a documented Firearms Handling Procedure; evidence of firearms and permits. (Phase 5.2.4–5.2.6)
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; SBD forms; COIDA Letter; BBBEE documentation for evaluation. (Phase 5.2.11–5.2.13)
- Minimum 12-hour shift deployment (6:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00), including weekends/public holidays; electronic patrol/guard monitoring system; control room operations with PSIRA-registered staff. (Section 3–4)
