## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement: inspection and service of a faulty air‑compressor desiccant dryer; open to OEM‑authorised service providers or suitably qualified specialist contractors with demonstrable experience in servicing similar equipment.** Bidders must demonstrate OEM authorisation, trained technicians, three or more reference letters, and access to genuine OEM spare parts. 

#### Requirements
- Valid OEM Authorized Service Provider/Distributor Certificate or OEM Letter of Authorisation confirming authority to inspect, service, repair and maintain the equipment.
- Proof of qualified technicians trained and competent in servicing compressed air systems and desiccant dryers.
- At least three (3) reference letters for similar projects in the last five years.
- Proof of availability of genuine OEM spare parts or access to OEM‑approved replacement parts.
- Service report and commissioning: provide a comprehensive inspection report detailing findings, actions taken, test results and future maintenance recommendations.
- Required Documentation (Tax Clearance, SBD4, B-BBEE or affidavit if EME, COID/Good Standing if applicable, and any other documents requested).
