## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of cleaning and associated ISI services for SAFARI-1 heat exchangers (reactor pool and primary heat exchangers), including high-pressure cleaning, ISI reporting, waste handling, and QA documentation.** Suitable bidders are those with nuclear/industrial heat-exchanger cleaning experience and ISI/NDE capability, with safety, radiation protection, and environmental compliance. See RR-SPE-0053 for scope and RR-ISP-2300 for inspection requirements.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience cleaning industrial heat exchangers/condensers (at least one similar project) (FIN-SCM-RFQ-0003).  
- Ability to perform In-Service Inspection (ISI) per RR-ISP-2300, including 100% visual and 100% tube thickness EC checks where specified (Table 1) (RR-SPE-0053).  
- Submit a detailed Method Statement, Quality Control Plan (QCP), Risk Assessment, and all required SHEQ documentation prior to starting (2.1–2.3) (RR-SPE-0053; RFQ).  
- Provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all cleaning chemicals; comply with waste handling and disposal (8.1; 11–12) (RR-SPE-0053).  
- Waste management plan for spent solutions, rinse water, sludge, and contaminated consumables; ensure disposal per NECSA procedures (2.4; 4–12) (RR-SPE-0053).  
- Compliance with radiation protection, environmental guidelines, and safety requirements; complete safety inductions prior to work (11–14) (RR-SPE-0053).  
- Mandatory documentation: Tax Clearance, SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), B-BBEE certificate or EME affidavit, COID letter if applicable, and any other requested documents (7.3–7.6) (SAF-RFQ-0179; 4).
