## Summary

#### Overview
**SANSA seeks a SAGE Business Partner to provide end-to-end maintenance, support and enhancement for SANSA’s SAGE deployments (X3 ERP, SAGE 300 HR, Talent Acquisition, SEI, etc.) for three years.** Bids are open to providers with Valid Active SAGE Platinum Partner Certification and proven Sage X3 and Sage 300 HR experience, capable of licensing, implementing, integrating and supporting on-premises deployments, with flexibility for future Sage modules.

#### Requirements
- Valid Active SAGE Platinum Partner Certification (evidence attached).
- Tax and supplier compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN or equivalent (CSD number accepted); ensure CSD registration with compliant tax status; separate PINs for joint ventures/consortia.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with compliant tax status by closing date (not applicable to international bidders).
- Evidence of experience: minimum 4 technical resources CVs; at least 2 Sage X3 consultants and 2 Sage 300 consultants (5+ years experience; specific certifications required).
- Five relevant reference letters for Sage X3 and Sage 300/HRP deployments; contact details for verification.
- Returnable documents: completed bid, SBD1, SBD4, SBD6, SCC, GCC, Scope of Work, pricing schedule, and Form of Offer/Acceptance; maintain two-envelope bid submission and memory stick with scanned proposal (see “Bid Document - SAGE Business Partner.pdf”).
- Proof of SAGE Platinum Partner certification and CSD summary.
- Approved team capability to meet mandatory award criteria and deliverables (scope includes licensing, maintenance, design, implementation, training, and BI reporting).

#### How to Apply
- Submission deadline: 03 July 2026 at 11:00. Public bid opening follows; ensure envelopes are properly marked (two-envelope system) and that the financial offer is in a separate envelope (see Terms of Reference).
- Submission method and location: bids deposited in SANSA’s bid box at Building 10, CSIR Campus, Meiring Naudé Road, Brummeria, Pretoria, during 08:00–16:00; sign the submission register.
- Documents to submit: Official bid documents (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6, etc.), Pricing Schedule, Form of Offer and Acceptance, and the separate financial envelope; include CSD summary and SAGE Platinum Partner evidence; provide memory stick with scanned proposal; submit one original and two hard copies of the bid (financial offer in a separate envelope).
- Registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD registration with compliant tax status; SARS TCS PIN or CSD; proof of active SAGE Platinum Partner Certification.
