## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of supply and delivery of alcohol to the South African State Theatre’s restaurants, bars and hospitality outlets.** Bidders should be licensed beverage suppliers with regulatory/compliance credentials (SBD forms, POPIA, CSD, B-BBEE, SARS tax PIN, CIPC registration, and directors’ IDs with share certificates).

#### Requirements
- Valid Liquor License registered to the bidding entity (mandatory).
- Completed SBD 1, SBD 4 and 6.1 (including Score page on SBD 6.1).
- POPIA consent form completed and signed.
- GCC (General Conditions of Contract) signed on all pages.
- CSD Report (National Treasury Central Supplier Database).
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE.
- SARS Tax PIN (or other tax clearance/status documentation).
- Certified share certificate.
- CIPC – Company registration documents.
- Directors’ IDs for all directors listed on CIPC.
- Compliance with mandatory and tax/registration requirements; non-compliance leads to disqualification.
- Evaluation includes Phase 1 SCM compliance, Phase 2 mandatory pre-qualifications, Phase 3 technical compliance (min 80/100), Phase 4 price and specific goals (80/20 or 90/10 system as applicable).
