## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a Public Relations Agency (MEISEA) to deliver strategic PR, media relations, reputation management and integrated communications for South African Tourism across MEISEA markets, with a focus on India; bidders should have tourism PR/communications expertise, strong media networks, and the ability to operate from Mumbai with INR pricing.** Bidders should be able to provide a multi-year PR strategy, media activation, crisis/reputation management, and data-driven reporting for MEISEA markets (India-led). The engagement is for SAT’s India office with in-market MEISEA scope and a 3-year SLA, priced in INR. 

#### Requirements
- Submit all mandatory documents: Annexure A (SBD 1), Annexure E (Pricing) and SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest); provide draft/actual SLA and supporting annexures. (Part A/C; Annexure references) 
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and tax-compliance status verifications; ongoing SARS disclosure required; foreign bidders must meet tax obligations. (Part 4) 
- Demonstrate capability with two case studies (last 36 months) including at least one for an international tourism board, plus two client references with at least one international tourism board reference. 
- Mumbai-based operational presence for SAT India with full servicing capacity in INR; Indian jurisdiction applies; anti-bribery/compliance questionnaires and due diligence required. 
- Contract duration of three (3) years with SLA, performance evaluations, and risk/due-diligence provisions. 
- Pricing restricted to capped costs in the pricing schedule and to be provided in INR; payments within 30 days on valid invoices. (Annexure E; Part A)
