- Key personnel: one Electrical LV Maintenance Manager and one Electrical LV Maintenance Supervisor with LV maintenance experience; their responsibilities defined in the tender data.  
- Mandatory registrations/certifications: CIDB certificate, CIPC company registration, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, SARS tax compliance (TCS or PIN), COIDA good standing, proof of address, bank rating (minimum Grade C).
