#### Requirements
- CIDB: Contractor grading designation EB, Grade 7 or higher (or for a Joint Venture, lead partner EB Grade 6; CIDB registration prior to evaluation).  
- Key personnel: Access to an Electrical LV Maintenance Manager and an Electrical LV Maintenance Supervisor with LV installation/maintenance experience; defined responsibilities per the contract data.  
- Registrations/compliance: CIDB registration; Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; CIPC company registration; SARS tax clearance; COIDA good standing.  
- Financial: Bank rating minimum Grade C from a recognized bank.  
- Returnable documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire; CIDB certificate; proof of address; company references (min. three); Annexures A–B; and related scheduling documents.  
- Resource plan: Compete transparency on other district bids; provide a dedicated Chris Hani resource plan (organogram, plant/equipment, response logistics) and confirm non-duplication of resources across districts.
