## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of Section 56 notice books for law enforcement.** Bidders should be printing/packaging suppliers capable of producing multi-part, watermarked notice booklets (325 x 216 mm, four parts, 100 sets per book) and meeting municipal procurement requirements; experience with official municipal stationery is advantageous.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database with a current CSD report not older than 3 months.
- Prices quoted must be firm, VAT and other taxes inclusive, and valid for at least 30 days.
- No quotations from persons in the service of the state.
- Fully complete and submit mandatory MBD forms with the quotation (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9).
- Attach a bank account confirmation letter with bank stamp not older than 3 months, with affidavit if banking details aren’t verified on the CSD.
- Attach original certified copies of IDs for company directors.
- Attach original certified copy of the company registration certificate (CIPC).
- Attach a valid SARS PIN.
- Attach verifiable municipal accounts not older than 3 months for the tenderer and entity owners or directors, or alternative lease/residence proof if accounts aren’t issued.
- Fraud prevention: ensure document integrity and compliance with SCM requirements.
