#### Requirements

- Minimum 3 publicly funded grass-cutting/landscaping projects in last 5 years; provide Schedule 1F references; minimum 8 points on experience.
- Equipment/ownership: provide proof of existing brush cutters and ownership of a vehicle (directors’ ownership). Extra 5 points if both are shown.
- Workmanship and safety: supervised by qualified personnel; PPE; barricades and warning signs.
- Local labour: recruit from within Cape Agulhas; insist on induction, OHS training, and applicable minimum wage; age restrictions.
- Skills development: machine operation, plant identification, herbicide application.
- Compliance: Tax Compliance PIN; CSD number if VAT-registered; B-BBEE certificate (or sworn affidavit); declaration of interest; other compulsory confirmations.
- Site handover: final inspection by a Cape Agulhas representative upon completion.
