#### Requirements

- BBBEE: provide BBBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit for preference points.
- MSDS for all chemicals; products must meet SABS/SANS standards.
- Municipal accounts up-to-date; include a municipal account certificate.
- If foreign or JV, separate TCS/CSD details as applicable; use official bid forms (not re-typed).
- Evaluation: 80/20 with 80 for price, 20 for BBBEE status and locality.
