#### Requirements
- Administrative/compliance:
- SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, etc.), valid Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number, CK/CoR, B-BBEE evidence, signed bid declaration.
- CSD report and Joint Venture/Consortium documentation if applicable.
- Mandatory qualifications:
- ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001 certificates; ICASA ECNS license or ISP with ICASA certification; Mimecast partner certificate.
- Functional/technical qualifications:
- Valid networking certification (e.g., Cisco Advanced), valid firewall security certification, CVs for key staff with minimum SD-WAN/VPN experience, CCIE/CCDP or equivalent where applicable, lead Meraki/SD-WAN certification.
- Optional: PMP/Prince2 for project managers; three detailed case studies; five years’ company experience; detailed project methodology and a comprehensive SD-WAN design (three sites with HA and AutoVPN mesh, encryption).
- Site/solution specifics:
- 3 x Cisco Meraki MX85 (Advanced Security licenses); two MX85 at NMG HA; one MX85 at Robben Island Admin site; AutoVPN mesh; encrypted inter-site traffic.
- New dedicated fibre links: NMG 200 Mbps with 200 Mbps failover; Robben Island 300 Mbps.
- Mimecast renewal for 250 users over 36 months.
