## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of security and patrol services at the regional landfill site in Worcester on a month-to-month basis.** Bidders should be PSIRA-registered security providers (and NBCPSS members) with capability in patrol, access control, and incident response, and be prepared to operate under CWDM contract terms.

#### Requirements
- PSIRA registration (section 20 of Private Security Industry Regulation Act) and NBCPSS affiliation.
- Registration on CWDM’s Accredited Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database; maintain current details (annual updates).
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Clearance Status Pin; VAT considerations for contracts over R1M; proper tax matters for directors or consortium members.
- B-BBEE: submit valid B-BBEE status verification (SANAS-accredited or IRBA auditor) or, for EMEs/QSEs, sworn affidavit as applicable; consolidated certificates for JV/consortia.
- Authorized signatory: bid must include board/resolution authorizing the signatory; complete bid documents in BLACK ink with no correction fluid.
- Site/information meeting attendance as required (compulsory if specified, JV partners must attend).
- Compliance with bid forms and compulsory documentation (MBD forms, Form of Offer, etc.) and adherence to 180-day bid validity.
