**Quotations are invited for security, patrol, and access control services at Die Dam and Uilenkraalsmond Resorts sites of the Overberg District Municipality for the period 01–30 November 2026.** Suitable bidders are security service providers with proven capability to deploy guarding, patrols, and access-control management, and who are compliant with South African tax and B-BBEE requirements, able to operate at the Overberg resorts and provide required reporting.

#### Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number (if no TCS). 
- BBBEE verification certificate (SANAS) or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs. 
- Copy of business registration documents. 
- Demonstrated previous experience in security, patrols, and access control (functional/technical evaluation). 
- Complete all bid documents on the prescribed forms and adhere to formatting rules; bid validity 90 days. 
- Pricing to be provided on the Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1) and contract on MBD7.1 if successful.
