## Summary

#### Overview
**Service, maintenance and repairs of ICT data centre air-conditioning units for a period ending 30 June 2027.** Bidders with ICT/ data-centre HVAC maintenance capabilities, electrical/mechanical service experience, and compliance with SA public procurement rules (CSD, SARS TCS, BBBEE) are invited to bid.

#### Requirements
- Compliance with GCC, SCM Policy, and Stellenbosch preferential policy; 80/20 evaluation (Price 80, BBBEE 10, Locality 10).
- Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) to transact with the municipality.
- Tax compliance: SARS TCS PIN; if foreign, complete Part B3 and provide TCS or CSD number.
- BBBEE: submit verification certificate or sworn affidavit to qualify for points.
- Complete and submit the mandatory forms: MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10, OHSA LOE, indemnity, pricing schedule, declaration, and relevant pre-qualification schedules.
- Compulsory Clarification Meeting attendance required (non-attendance = non-compliant).
- Tender validity: 180 days post-closing; sealed submissions only; submit to the specified tender box.
- Supplier must meet GCC and any special conditions; contract weightings and performance security as per GCC/SCC.
- The contract covers service, maintenance and repairs for ICT data-centre air-conditioning units.
